Overview
This Shipping Policy explains available shipping methods, delivery timeframes, costs, and handling for orders placed through our Shopify store.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within up to 5 business days once pre-order stock becomes available (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-orders will be prioritised during processing.
Pre-orders or custom items may require additional time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard: Sent via Australia Post. Delivery time varies by location and will be shown at checkout.
Express: If available, Express Post delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping threshold: Free shipping applies when 5 or more items are purchased.
Free local delivery: available for customers located in postcodes 2619 and 2620. Orders delivered to these areas are typically fulfilled within our standard delivery timeframes, and no minimum spend is required. If your address falls within one of these postcodes, the free delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.
Carriers: Australia Post.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Areas
Domestic: We ship Australia-wide.
International: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can be shipped within Australia only.
Risk of Loss and Damage
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless required otherwise by law. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us promptly so we can assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate known delays as soon as practicable.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be restricted or require special handling (e.g., hazardous materials, size/weight limits). These restrictions will be noted on product pages.
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, we can reship for an additional fee or refund the item price less shipping costs.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
